Project Details

- Responsible for design and develop of road map and implementing plan for migrating VB6 and .ASP Classic Application base from acquired company Semitool to Applied Material network server base. Performed required modifications and enhancements to Classic Asp and Asp.Net Web Applications and Web Services written in C# and VB.Net structural and MVC architectures. Many of the applications utilized Javascript, RAD Controls and MS SQL Server with Entity Frameworks along with integration to Crystal Reports and SharePoint. - Worked with Applied Global Services to utilize personnel resources needed for managing project requirements to accomplish tasks that required integration into other company information technology groups. - Responsible for performance tuning of existing customer facing web applications. - Maintained documentation for migration and new application development - Conducted one on one sessions with group managers to determine processing needs and expectations and to ensure project delivery within deadlines. - Responsible for status reporting, client communication and coordinating with management team for timely completion and quality maintenance of projects.
