Responsible for information technology solutions consisting of multi-million lines of code and support needs of management team members as well as strategic planning decisions relating to information technology production and budgeting of resources directed at driving company growth. * Responsible for Information Technology contribution of 80% Revenue Growth for the company during the 3 ½ year tenure as management team member. * Responsible for Building, Management and Supervision of 17-member information technology team. * Responsible for information technology solutions and support needs of other management team members as well as strategic planning decisions relating to information technology. * Designed and managed over 100 successful projects using Agile / Scrum which had major role in increasing premium volume from $80 million to $200 million during 3 ½ year tenure. * Responsible for Flood Insurance Policy Rating Diskette Enhancements to add Internet based policy quoting, application submission and book of business download to agents. * Developed Integrated AS/400 and Windows NT Based Hardware Infrastructure and Shared Software Environment which contributed to company purchase by Fiserv (FISV). * Initiated performance tuning standards for AS/400 integration with Web Rate Quoting Applications. * Implemented Electronic Flood Zone Determination Access and Electronic Credit Score into Policy Quoting Web Site. * Responsible for development and implementation of Internet web based Property Casualty Insurance Processing system including Policy Rate Quotes, Application Submission, Electronic Payment Processing, Endorsement, Cancellation, Renewal Generation, Claims Submission, Production Reporting, Equity Billing and Electronic Credit Score Integration. * Designed and Implemented Web Based Flood Insurance Policy Administration System to Provide Policy Rate Quotes, Application Submission, Endorsement, Cancellation, Claims Reporting, Flood Zone Determination, Elevation Certificates and Production Reporting. * Responsible for design, development and implementation of Internet web based Credit Collections Recovery Network, which provides a medium for large credit grantors and local collection agencies to work collection accounts providing higher recovery rates.
